It is a convivial event, also open to a non-expert audience, which aims to create networks and disseminate transdisciplinary knowledge related to design and other areas of strong contemporary interest.

Paper
​Full papers must not exceed 5,000 words (excluding abstract and references) and should follow the official conference submission guidelines and template. Accepted authors are required to register and present their work at the conference. All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be made available to authors at the start of the event.

Challenges
The Challenges format consists of roundtable discussions proposed by one or more companies, focusing on a specific issue related to the conference tracks. Proposals must not exceed 500 words, and should clearly define the nature of the challenge and present a set of guiding questions. The sessions will be moderated by academic experts, and the outcomes will be published as an annex to the general Conference Proceedings after the event.​
Doctoral symposium

Panel Presentations
PhD candidates are invited to present their ongoing research in a dedicated panel session designed for peer feedback and open dialogue. Submissions must not exceed 1,000 words and must follow the official conference guidelines and template. Accepted candidates must register and present at the conference. All contributions will be published in the Conference Proceedings, available at the start of the event.

Workshops
PhD candidates may also propose and lead research workshops as part of their research development. To apply, candidates should submit an abstract of no more than 200 words, outlining the workshop's objectives, structure, and any specific requirements. Workshop reports will be published as an annex to the general Conference Proceedings following the conference.
